What you can expect: 

• A live online Zoom call for a small group of 8 women. It's like a live workshop but online. We are holding space for one another and doing this work in real time. No recording will be sent. 

• A guided writing activity paired with live coaching and group conversation. Zoom allows for great group conversation while getting to see all participants. 

• Some awesome inspiration from a live group of women showing up to do this work and have these conversations. 

Exchange is $33 and I will be donating all proceeds from this workshop to Direct Relief.
